Welcome to luxury on the Gulf Coast!

The Villa is situated on the Cape Haze Peninsula, close to white sandy beaches and some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Gulf.

This luxury villa has a solar heated swimming pool, is fully furnished and completely equipped with everything you require, is a perfect place for a totally relaxing family holiday.

Within minutes of the villa are numerous golfing and sporting facilities, shopping malls and a large selection of restaurants where you can relax in the sun while enjoying the taste of fresh food, in some places you can watch the Dolphins playing in the Gulf while you enjoy your meal.

The villa is approximately 3,200 sq feet (The size of a large modern 5 bedroom house in the UK), it is fully air conditioned, has four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 9 people.

Situated in the quiet location of Rotonda, a largely residential community, (Read about the history of Rotonda by clicking the link to the left), there are three golf courses within the community and a large nature reserve where you can enjoy long peaceful walks.

The pool area is south facing with the pool enjoying the sun for most of the day. This part of the Gulf Coast is almost undiscovered when compared to Orlando, you can enjoy peaceful days around the house but there's plenty to do if you want to!

Weather

There are two large master suites, one with king bed, one with queen bed, then two further bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a bunk bed ~ double on the bottom and single on top. Three bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Including the en-suites there are four bathrooms, all bathrooms have showers (double in the master suites) and two also have baths, both master suites have twin "His & Her" sinks. There is a generous range of towels and spare bedding.

The villa is tastefully furnished throughout including two TV's, two VCR's, a CD / Cassette / Radio mini system. There are two settee's in each of the living rooms. The living room looks out through triple full height patio doors to the lanai and fully screened swimming pool.

The pool has a large area for sunbathing, plenty of sun-loungers and chairs are provided. The lanai has a large table and chairs for comfortable outdoor eating. In addition to the air conditioning each bedroom and the lanai have ceiling fans to help keep you cool.

Free local calls may be made using the direct dial telephone in the lounge / kitchen or bedroom. For long distance and international calls you will need a calling card. These are normally available from your local telephone company prior to leaving home, but you can also buy cards from the local supermarket - eg Winn Dixie. As a guide calls to the UK from our villa should cost less than 10p per minute.
