Southbound - Coming from Tampa / Orlando area

The Interstate 75 (I75) travels north / south along the west coast of Florida.

Leave I 75 at Junction 193 and turn right into Jacaranda Boulevard signposted Englewood & Venice, follow through several sets of traffic lights for approximately 4.5 miles and cross Highway US 41. After a mile you will arrive at a T Junction this is Englewood Road (SR 776), turn left signposted Englewood.

Follow for approximately 8.5 miles to the junction with SR 775, Placida Road, go straight through the lights and in approximately 4 miles you come to another set of lights with Sunnybrook Boulevard on your right, on the left is the Winn Dixie Supermarket, turn right into Sunnybrook Boulevard and after a mile you come to Boundary Boulevard, carry straight on and this becomes Rotonda Boulevard North, follow to the T Junction and Turn Left into Parade Circle.

Take the second left into Longmeadow Road, then the first right into Longmeadow Lane, the Villa is number 251 approximately 1/2 a mile on the right.

Northbound - Coming from Fort Myers / Naples / Miami

The Interstate 75 (I75) travels north / south along the west coast of Florida.

Leave I 75 at Junction 179 - The Toledo Blade Boulevard, Turn Left (west) signposted Port Charlotte and North Port.

After about 6 miles you reach a set of traffic lights go straight on crossing US 41, the road soon bends to the left and reaches a crossroads with the SR 776, turn right toward Charlotte Stadium and Englewood.

After another 6 miles you will cross the Myakka River, after approximately 3/4 mile the road bends sharply to the right and you come to a set of traffic lights, continue straight on to the next set of traffic lights, you will notice the Winn  Dixie supermarket on your right.

Turn left into Sunnybrook Boulevard and after a mile you come to Boundary Boulevard, carry straight on and this becomes Rotonda Boulevard North, follow to the T Junction and Turn Left into Parade Circle.

Take the second left into Longmeadow Road, then the first right into Longmeadow Lane, the Villa is number 251 approximately 1/2 a mile on the right.
