GulfVilla is a private 4-bedroom home on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Southwest Florida. What sets it apart is its scale — approximately 5,000 sq ft of combined indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor living area — pool, lanai, and deck — is almost the same size as the interior.
The design prioritises the relationship between inside and outside. Living spaces open seamlessly to the lanai and pool, overlooking a natural waterway. This creates a home built around outdoor living — somewhere you spend time outside, not just look at it.
Fast WiFi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen make longer stays easy and comfortable. Best suited to smaller groups who value space, calm, and quality.

GulfVilla is one of the homes we return to ourselves, and it reflects exactly how we like to live: calm, uncluttered, and thoughtfully designed. The style is deliberately simple — clean lines, natural light, and a focus on space — so that time here feels easy from the moment you arrive.
When we're not in Florida, the villa is professionally managed locally to ensure everything runs exactly as it should. Guests have on-the-ground support throughout their stay, alongside direct access to us whenever needed.
We've set GulfVilla up to be somewhere you can properly switch off — whether that's long days outside by the pool, or simply enjoying the space without interruption. It's not set up as a rental property first — it's a home we use ourselves, and that tends to shape the experience.
